Breclav region at the time of the Linear Pottery Culture

The graduation Thesis is focused on Breclav region at the time of the Linear Pottery Culture. The paper includes a brief introduction to the problems of development LBK in Moravia and surrounding areas, as well as the development process of Breclav region during the Stone Age. The result of this paper is a Catalogue of sites, on which the settlement of Linear Pottery Culture was recorded. Particular interest has been devoted to the area of Bavory, at house No. 114, where was an archaeological research in 1987 conducted by J. Peska. Rozvoj a nové trendy agroturistiky v mikroregionu Židlochovicko a na Břeclavsku

The bachelor thesis The development and new trends in agroturism in the microregion of Židlochovicko and in Břeclavsko is divided into several parts. The first, theoretical, part deals with the issues of agroturist development in the regions of Židlochovicko and in Břeclavsko. It maps the natural and tourist attractions, wine destinations, wine trails, cycletracks which are significant for each region, as well as the local events within country tourism. The second, practical, part of the work presents SWOT analysis of these two regions and statistical research evaluating the agrotourist development of these regions. The survey employed a guestionnarie aimed at both the visitors to these regions and local inhabitants. The aim of the survey was to determine the level of the agrotourist development in the given areas, comparision of these two localities in terms of agrotourism and also assessment of the results and possible causes of the phenomena which are dealt with in the survey.
Quality and accessibility of social servies for seniors in region Břeclav

The thesis deals with the problem of unavailability of social services for seniors in the former administrative district Břeclav in the South Moravia Region with regard to demographic trends and social changes taking place in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretic and empirical. The theoretic part defines research problem, which is the unavailability of social services for seniors, deals with terms of age, population ageing and social services. Then the author analyzes theoretical concepts and value frameworks - quality of life, quality of social services and the concept of welfare mix. The theoretical part concludes an analysis of current trends in the Czech Republic, which have a significant influence on the development of social services for seniors. In the empirical part of the thesis, the author focuses on the assessment of the availability and quality of social services for seniors in the former administrative district Břeclav. The social services for seniors are evaluated in terms of territorial, capacity and financial availability. Using the cultural heritage in Břeclav region (focusing on a select group of sites and related phenomena)

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to map the current state of cultural heritage in the Breclav focusing on a select group of monuments. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes Breclav region from the perspective of cultural-historical. This part describes the use of the cultural potential of the region offers. The second part is focused on religiosity and its manifestation in South Moravia. The thesis focuses also on detailed assessment of the current state of real estate sacral monuments (churches, chapels and in particular small sacral monument) in terms of meaning and use. The final part turns to the possibilities of funding sites, and their overall significance, both for the local population and for tourism. More specifically, the culture approached the Jews and Baptists, whose traces are still appreciably virble in the locality. It also includes the performance of specific religious traditions applicable in the region. In conclusion, there are possible solutions suggested to improve the using of this cultural heritage.
